We come in where an off-the-shelf CNC controller is not enough and the machine needs its own logic — from generating the part program to driving the axes.
When is a standard controller not enough?
Commercial CNC controllers are general purpose and adequate for most work. But if your machine does something non-standard — an unusual kinematic, an unusual material, its own workflow — a ready-made controller either cannot do it or forces the operator through a complicated path.

What we build
CAD/CAM and program generation
From drawing to tool path, from tool path to machine code. We read and clean DXF and DWG files, find closed contours, offset for tool radius and set the cutting order. The operator picks the file; the software does the rest.
Axis control
Linear and circular interpolation, smoothing of velocity profiles at corners, multi-axis synchronisation. Surface quality is largely decided by these settings.
Operator interface
A clean machine-specific control screen: job list, program preview, tool table, zero point setting, feed and speed override, alarm list.
CNC retrofit
Renewing machines whose mechanics are sound but whose controls are obsolete, replacing control boards and drives that can no longer be sourced. See retrofit and modernisation.
