We write the machine's computer, not just its PLC
Most automation companies stop at the PLC; most software companies do not know the shop floor. We write all three layers with one team: PLC and HMI on the machine, the motion layer that drives the servos, and the PC-based application that produces the part program — CAD/CAM, nesting, machine vision, production records.
Most of our work is PC-based
Today a machine's performance is no longer decided by relay logic alone. How the part program is prepared, how parts are placed on the slab or sheet, how measurement is taken and where the data is written matter as much as the PLC. Most of that runs on an industrial PC.
That is where our centre of gravity is. We write desktop CAD/CAM applications; we read DXF and DWG files and turn them directly into machine motion; we reduce material waste with nesting algorithms; we measure and inspect with cameras; we connect recipes, production records and reporting to a database.
Because the same team also builds the PLC and motion layers underneath, the two sides genuinely understand each other. When something goes wrong, nobody points at anybody else.
What we build on the PC side
- Machine-specific operator applications running on Windows
- DXF / DWG readers that generate tool paths and G-code
- Nesting: placement optimisation on slabs, sheets and hides
- Camera measurement, part recognition and machine vision
- 2D and 3D CAD/CAM interfaces and part libraries
- Recipe management, production records, traceability and reporting
- PC-to-PLC communication: serial, TCP/IP, OPC
- Barcode, scale, printer and ERP integration

DetailsLet's talk about your machine
An idea, a draft, or a machine that runs but is not good enough — whichever it is, the first conversation is free. We tell you plainly what can be done and how long it takes.
